Consistent Inspection Setup

PicoZoom combines motorised zoom, autofocus and adjustable lighting to reduce manual adjustments between parts, surfaces and magnification levels. This helps make routine inspection quicker and more consistent.

Quadrant-Controlled Lighting

For reflective or low-contrast surfaces, quadrant-controlled lighting allows the direction and brightness of illumination to be adjusted, helping make surface details, edges, marks and defects easier to inspect.

Inspection Records

PicoZoom can combine images, annotations, measurements and results into custom reports, helping provide clearer and more consistent QC documentation.
